Environmental Responsibility

We strive to promote awareness of sustainability and positive environmental practices amongst our workforce, supply chain and clients. We communicate our policy and its goals to staff and partners, and continually seek to minimise the impact we have on our own environment through training and sustainable operations and actions. At The MGL Group we aim to reduce the environmental impact of our working activities through improved operating procedures and traing and we are working towards reducing our carbon footprint through the prudent use of energy efficient technologies. Wherever practical we avoid or limit the use of environmentally damaging materials, substances and processes.

Health and Safety

The MGL Group constantly seeks to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety conditions exist within our buildings, at all of our sites and throughout our business. We work hard to ensure that our Health & Safety Policies are known and implemented by all our staff, supply chain members and operatives, thus ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all our employees, trade partners and the general public.

We have a dedicated SHEQ Manager working to raise awareness, change behaviour and drive forward improvements in health and safety performance.

The MGL Group operates planned, continuous, general and specific safety training schemes, including internal and external courses in order to ensure we keep up to date with changing regulations.

The MGL Group will manage and maintain Zero Harm, levels of separation, security, monitoring and stewardship to safeguard members of the public from exposure to hazards.
