MGL Group’s Social Value Manager, Greg Chapman, dedicated his time to supporting young people in their job search. He delivered an employability session at Stockton Riverside College for candidates enrolled in a three-week Access to Scaffolding programme with NETA Training.
The session was designed to equip participants aged 19 and above with the skills and knowledge to navigate the job market confidently. This included guidance on crafting effective CVs, mastering job-search techniques, excelling in interview situations, and essential workplace readiness tips.
