The wellbeing and safety of our people is our number one priority and it is embedded into the culture of the business, demonstrated through our CHAS, Constructionline and SSIP accreditations. By promoting best practice and carrying out our operations in a safe and considerate manner, we ensure our people get home safely to their families at the end of every working day.

Health & Safety is everyone’s responsibility, it is driven from the top and we all have a part to play to improve safety performance and achieve a sustainable safety culture. Senior management lead by example with Director safety tours to raise awareness, assess standards and make recommendations for improvement. We are targeting zero harm and our behavioural safety campaign is transforming the way management and employees think and act with respect to health and safety. We are committed to improving our ways of working to ensure the highest standards of health and safety across the business, now and in the future.

Keeping our employees safe and healthy we offer tailored health and wellbeing services. We want to normalise mental health conversations in the workplace to help break the stigma, offer support and encourage open, honest discussion. By encouraging encourage everyone to share stories, we want to ensure mental health remains at the forefront of conversations and spread awareness to continue to make mental health a priority.
