Employability Session at Orangebox Training Solutions

MGL Group is investing in the future workforce to ensure a skilled generation ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. This week, our Social Value Manager, Greg Chapman, dedicated an afternoon to supporting future construction industry professionals at Orangebox Training Solutions.

Over 20 candidates are currently enrolled in an 11-day construction programme. They received valuable insights from the employability session. Greg covered essential topics like crafting effective CVs, mastering interview skills, and preparing for job success, equipping individuals with the tools they need to enter the construction industry.
