Rainton Construction recently delivered a session for Teesside University undergraduates at the SeAH Wind site at Teesworks The visit for Year 1 Construction Management and Civil Engineering students was a fantastic opportunity to better understand the world of construction and inspire the workforce of the future.
The session was designed to give students an insight into the construction process and the different stages involved. The students learned about LEAN construction methods and to hear of the detailed works underway to develop ‘The World’s Largest Monopile Factory.’
BAUER Group, the site’s piling specialists and the site construction managers also supported the site tour and joint technical talks.
