Ravensworth Property Development acquired a 52,000sq ft industrial building in Jan 2019 and secured planning permission early in 2020, prior to undertaking a full refurbishment.
MGL Group carried out extensive enabling works including asbestos removal, soft strip, demolition, drainage and re-surfacing works. The refurbishment of the building was carried out by CLC Group following competitive tender.
Despite the project being on site during the initial COVID-19 lockdown, the building was delivered on time and budget.
D-Line Ltd took possession of the building in April 2021 by way of a 10 year lease and the building has been retained as part of Ravensworth Property’s investment portfolio.
