The MGL Demolition team is working collaboratively with Thirteen Group to safely and effectively demolish Anson House and Hudson House to enable 37 new homes to be built on the site.

We are currently on site in Thornaby to clear the two high-rise buildings and make way for new homes in the heart of the town. The demolition team has undertaken a soft strip of the fixtures and fittings from the buildings and we began dismantling the building using a high reaching machine.

This is an important project which will transform the area, establishing strong communication links has been an important element of this scheme, we have liaised with a nearby primary school to deliver a safety talk and donated items for their construction play area to ensure we deliver value to local people beyond the core demolition services.
