MGL Foundation Trust donates to RNLI

MGL Group was proud to sponsor the recent Butterwick Hospice Golf Day at Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa, helping to support a fantastic fundraising event for a charity that plays a vital role across the North East.

Held in the September sunshine, the event brought together 18 teams for a day of friendly competition, networking and fundraising in support of Butterwick Hospice. The annual golf day continues to be one of the charity’s key fundraising events, attracting businesses and supporters from across the region who are committed to helping make a difference in their local communities.

The day proved to be a tremendous success, raising an impressive £12,000 to support the hospice’s ongoing work. These funds will help Butterwick Hospice continue providing specialist care and support to children and adults living with life-limiting illnesses, as well as vital assistance for their families during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Butterwick Hospice has delivered compassionate care and a wide range of services designed to improve quality of life for those facing complex health conditions for many years. Through the support of fundraising events such as the golf day, the charity can continue providing these essential services to people across the North East.
