As a family business, we support our community and those in need. That’s why we recently donated Heras fencing to Bill Quay Community Farm, a registered charity located in Gateshead. In addition to farming for food, it protects rare breeds and offers fun and educational activities for families.
The 25-acre site operates as not-for-profit and provides various services to benefit the wider community. Visitors can interact with animals and explore the woodland areas and the knowledgeable staff and volunteers ensure an informative experience for everyone.
The farm make’s a difference in local people’s lives by promoting positive mental health through nature and offering an alternative to mainstream education. One of its key focuses is providing a unique educational experience for children and adults with special educational needs and disabilities. It also offers a day service where adults can participate in caring for the animals and running the farm.
We are thrilled to contribute to the its mission of enhancing the community and allowing people from diverse backgrounds to connect with nature.

In addition to educating about farming and sustainability, we regularly host events like seasonal fairs and workshops that bring families together.
