Hazigrip anti-skid asphalt, produced by Tynedale Roadstone, is an innovative material designed to enhance road safety. The red material clearly differentiates junctions and skid-prone areas, alerting drivers to areas with a high risk for accidents.
MGL Group, in partnership with Durham County Council, recently completed a successful road resurfacing project using Hazigrip. Laid by Rainton Construction next to the A167 in Ferryhill, site test data shows that the material is consistently performing to the required standards and specifications.
