MGL Celebrates Award Winning Site Operatives

MGL Group has recently invested in a new fleet of state of the art Volvo A30J articulated dumpers (ADT’s), reinforcing its long-standing commitment to modernising and strengthening the Group’s operational plant and equipment.

Michael Hamm of MGL Earthworks has recently been recognised for his consistent commitment and positive approach on site, receiving an Operative Recognition Award.

Michael regularly stays beyond the end of his shift to ensure the plant is fully refueled and correctly prepared for the following day. This attention to detail helps maintain smooth site operations, reduces delays, and supports a safe and efficient working environment for everyone on site.

His willingness to take responsibility and support the wider team has not gone unnoticed, and his efforts make a real difference to day‑to‑day operations. Behaviours like this play an important role in upholding site standards and ensuring work can continue safely and productively.
