About the role
Due to continued growth and investment, we have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced 360 Plant Operative to join our Team at our Newburn, Wash plant Newcastle Site on a full time and permanent basis.
As a member of MGL Group, you will be committed to ensuring safe working conditions and adherence with all company principles, procedures, and regulations relevant to your role.
Hours of work typically involves a five and a half day working week Monday – Friday 7am-5pm and a Saturday morning. Good rates of pay, regular overtime and benefits offered with immediate start available.
Role requirements
- Must have a valid CPCS card and relevant experience in operating 360 plant machinery
- Other relevant CPCS qualifications are advantageous
- Other relevant day-to-day 360 Plant Operative experience advantageous, e.g., Maintenance, Weighbridge, Logistics and General Duties
- Experience in Mobile Plant operations
- Must hold a full, clean UK Driving licence
- Ensure daily maintenance checks and records are completed accurately and meticulous housekeeping standards upheld
- Good Communication skills
- Flexible to allow varied work patterns to meet the needs of the business
- Strong commitment towards safe working practices
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Operate as part of the team, harnessing a working environment which encourages teamwork
- Self-motivated – improvement orientated with a desire to undertake any other relevant training deemed necessary to enhance performance
