This prestigious status is awarded to organisations that have achieved Gold for three consecutive years and have over 10% of their workforce in earn-and-learn roles. This is a huge milestone we are delighted to reach.
Our team attended the Annual Employer Audit Celebration at Mansion House, London, joining more than 500 emerging-talent leaders to celebrate this achievement. The event also featured the announcement of the UK National Employer Earn and Learn Awards, spotlighting organisations that demonstrate exceptional dedication to skills development and career progression.
A total of 252 organisations achieving Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze status through the Employer Audit Scheme were eligible for recognition. We are honoured to be among the select companies that have attained Platinum status, reinforcing our commitment to futureproofing the construction industry and promoting rewarding careers.
Across the organisation, we are passionate about our earn-and-learn pathways from apprenticeships and graduate schemes to work placements. These programmes are central to our mission of nurturing talent and driving opportunity across the UK workforce.
