The MGL Demolition team at Pilgrim’s Quarter is playing a pivotal role in clearing the way for the development in Newcastle City Centre.
Team MGL has received positive feedback following a Site Environmental Inspection. We have also been awarded Safety Superstars of the Month by Bowmer and Kirkland for the site team’s fantastic efforts throughout the project.
High reach demolition is underway as part of the final phase of remote demolition to Carliol House. The grade II listed façade will be retained. Dex Car Park, Commercial Union House and Bamburgh House have already been demolished.
The new a regional hub for HMRC will be home to around 9,000 staff.
