About the Role
Due to continued growth and expansion, MGL Earthworks is looking for a skilled and experienced excavator operator. You’ll be operating our brand-new GPS excavator across a range of projects in the Middlesbrough and Durham areas.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate GPS-equipped excavators safely and efficiently.
- Interpret site plans and digital models for accurate digging and grading.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report faults.
- Collaborate with site teams to meet project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience operating GPS excavators.
- Valid CPCS card.
- Strong understanding of site layouts and digital excavation systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
